3/10 Would Not Recommended - Alarm Operator Becklar Employee Review

Weekend day shift supervisor is incompetent and doesn’t know how to lead a team or speak to them without being condescending. They do show favoritism and if you’re not one of them they will nitpick and find anything they can to criticize you on to get you to quit or eventually fire you. They don’t properly train employees before throwing them to the wolves which adds more pressure on the senior operators. Supervisor has driven a whole team to quit and still hasn’t been looked into for why it happened. Continues to do the same things that drove his initial team to leave.
