      Friendly bosses and good environment. Generally able to feel that employees are well taken care. Work-life balance is good. Looks to be growing regionally, so job prospect looks decent.

      Cons

      Mostly limited to product and sales support as an engineer. As long as this is fine, then it should not be a problem.
