Fun, enjoyable and busy work environment. Everyone wants everyone to succeed. The management takes a hands on approach to ensuring success every day.
Cons
This is a wonderful company to work for. I do not have any cons to report. If I had to try really hard to come up with something, I would say there is alot of work....but it at least its enjoyable work.
