      Pros

      Amazing corporate culture. Many different perks like ping pong tables and beer or wine on Friday after 3 pm Not too big and not too small in size. So much opportunity for advancement. Promote within. Career development and training Becker Logistics invest in they’re people.

      I honestly cannot think of one con or negative thing about working for Becker Logistics.

      None this place is an absolute disaster.

      Cons

      Jim Becker is delusional- The man has no vision what so ever. He's out of touch with reality and his employees. He refuses to hire good talent. He spends more money on his inspirational videos than he does on his company. Also, the videos he posts are garbage nobody watches them or gets anything out of them. Jim is an absolute creep and has multiple lawsuites against him. He keeps employees afterhours and makes you feel so uncomfrotable.
