Pros
Startup culture is very loose. It allows much flexibility, but also requires much responsibility and work ethic. If you can wear different hats and put your nose to the grindstone, startups, and especially this one, are excellent and fulfilling places of employment.
Cons
The benefits of working at a startup aren't great. There might not be health insurance, 401k matching, or other benefits that you might receive at larger companies, depending on the size and stage. Bechamo is still in its infancy, so there aren't any real benefits.
