      Pros

      Beazer definitely knows how to make the office environment enviting - if you like the 'hotelling' shared workspace framework. Very quiet for focusing. Bit of a ghost town - few colleagues to speak of. The coffee is to celebrate.

      Cons

      The IT vision and mission statement are on target - but traction was hard maintain. I did thrive in that environment - finding that the absense of consistent leadership created gaps in knowledge - and disruption when information needed to be shared among diverse teams of stakeholders.

      Lots of hours, not everyone is prioritized for a promotion, seems to be a bit of favoritism, work life balance isn’t great
