Pros

Insurance is good, flexible PTO, gas mileage reimbursement.

Cons

- Home life is not a priority - Encouraged to spend time outside of work hours and personal funds to cater to homeowners - Expected to roll over to all homeowner requests - Management has blatant disregard for Customer service department - Opportunities for advancement are few and far between. They will find ways to keep you in Customer service or just wait for you to quit

Lots of hours, not everyone is prioritized for a promotion, seems to be a bit of favoritism, work life balance isn’t great
