      Decent Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k. Good Bonus program, exceptional PTO

      Cons

      Stopped performing the yearly employee survey. Last positive action that cam out of this process was the extended PTO. Employee voices are not being listened to anymore.

      Lots of hours, not everyone is prioritized for a promotion, seems to be a bit of favoritism, work life balance isn’t great
