      Get to pick my own schedule throughout the day (as long as it is reasonable).

      Cons

      Insurance is kind of expensive. Also there is not much room to move up. Beazer would rather hire outside management instead of promoting within (in some area)

      Involvement with Fisher House, growth potential in role, exposure to a lot of things, management pretty accessible
