      The network of people that you meet is amazing.

      Cons

      However, those amazing people aren't there for long. The turnover rate is ridiculous and now I see why.

      Involvement with Fisher House, growth potential in role, exposure to a lot of things, management pretty accessible

      Lots of hours, not everyone is prioritized for a promotion, seems to be a bit of favoritism, work life balance isn’t great
