      Excellent salary. Some great admin employees and sales reps.

      Cons

      Micro managed by someone that doesn't have the faintest clue about your job. Horrible Project managers, upper management knew of and would turn a blind eye. Their bonus program is bogus. You would literally have to be a GOD to achieve there goals.

      Involvement with Fisher House, growth potential in role, exposure to a lot of things, management pretty accessible

      Lots of hours, not everyone is prioritized for a promotion, seems to be a bit of favoritism, work life balance isn’t great
