      Lots of client exposure, variety of projects and an opportunity to become a better all around professional in media. Excellent launch pad for higher caliber roles

      Cons

      No work life balance, promotions are rare and political, no cost of living adjustments. Leaders are kind, but do nothing to project the staff from being overworked and offer zero career growth. You want to grow, leave cause it’s never gonna happen.
