Pros

-They are paying us well -They give you products to try out -They are being inclusive in their campaigns -The products are amazing and seriously work I will never go back to using a different brand.

Cons

-The training is not really a training. -In the training they say something like “in the notes you can tell me about your day or write any little thing you’d like us to know” and then you get reprimanded when your notes weren’t extremely detailed because a higher up doesn’t like the phrase “it was a slow day”. It happens though and if we normally produce and we have a bad day and want to tell you in our preferred way about it, it should either be explained from the beginning in the training what is expected or we shouldn’t get reprimanded at all from Stephanie. -It can be stressful to work for a company that no one knows about but that is what makes you a stronger seller so it’s definitely worth the struggle.

Pros

A few coworkers were genuinely wonderful and supportive. Some products are quality and we used to receive them as free gratis. Work-from-home flexibility was a plus. You’ll bond quickly with others—mostly because everyone is trying to survive the same poor leadership.

Cons

Leadership is toxic, unstable, and completely disconnected from the reality of day-to-day operations. Nearly the entire company was laid off a week before Christmas, leaving employees blindsided and traumatized. Once new leadership took over, morale tanked and burnout became the norm. Employees were expected to juggle multiple roles without additional pay or support. Constant miscommunication and last-minute demands created a chaotic, high-stress environment. Mental and physical exhaustion became standard across the team. Psychological safety does not exist—this role gave 90% of employees lasting stress and anxiety.
