Pros
I love working with a product that's creative and solves my day-to-day work productivity needs internally. The whole team is passionate about making the product the best that it can be, and it shows every time I make a presentation for them and with them. I feel like it's rare that companies actually use their own product, and we do that beautifully!
The team is encouraging, honest, and always open to try new things, whether that's cross-functionally or helping each other on new projects. I feel like my ideas are valued and I've even seen product changes with ideas I had.
Cons
Sometimes you’re in high gear getting things done, and other times you’re waiting for pieces to come together. It’s the nature of the beast in a startup, but it’s something to adjust to if you like steady progress. Here things move fast, priorities shift, and I always feel like everyone’s doing their best and the company always tends to adapt quickly.
