      Pros

      At firsst, was a great place of opportunity. Had room for growth and looked interested in doing so.

      Cons

      After things had been running profitably and smooth for many years, owner took a back seat, wasn't really that interested in what needed to be done to grow more and wasn't available or chose not to commmunicate. In general, they have a use you up and set you on the street attitiude. Its not bad for me, but the less skilled workforce, they take and take, and never give uch back.

      Pros

      Eat what you kill, had room for growth as long as they met quality standards and client demands for service.

      Cons

      Feast or famine. When it's good, it can be great. However, when it is slow, there is almost nothing anyone can do except give away service to residential clients at commercial rates.
