      - Annual in-person meeting - Short meetings

      Cons

      - Incompetent CEO and upper management - Unrealistic workload and expectations - No support within role; no quality control (expected to send emails and SMS with zero errors and no oversight) - Inexperienced leadership - Don't waste your time and effort - No room for growth due to overwhelming workload (I came on during Holiday season)

      Pros

      Great product that actually works. Team of people that have worked there for years. Fun, fast moving industry to work in. Small group of very close people making coming to work, great. Everyone in the company works equally hard towards a common goal.

      Cons

      Growth and change are never easy, and we have some growing pains. We have opportunity to bring in more expertise. Tight niche for growth.

      - Some employees are very nice, supportive, great to work with - Annual company holiday party - Good pay

      Cons

      - Micromanagement - Discharged without any prior complaints about quality of work / with no warning (boss wasn’t even aware it was happening) - CEO embarrasses employees on calls - CEO micromanages without being present in most day to day decisions which results in confusion for everybody - No severance - Horrible PTO plan - Minimal holidays off
