Thanks for the feedback. This was indeed a problem when we started out as majority were localities. This feedback has helped us to be more sensitive towards coworkers backgrounds. In the company meetings, we talked about this issue and made it a priority to get it fixed. Today a quick check reveals that we speak almost a dozen different languages. We have Punjabi, Bhojpuri, Bengali to Malayalam and Tamil speakers. We urge everyone to stick to English in a professional setting and we have devised fun ways of nudging people to switch to English.
