Great For Education, Not For Pay - Design Engineer Beaumont Technologies Employee Review

Owner John Beaumont is one of the nicest people I've ever met. It's a small, family run company in Erie, PA. Salaries and benefits are what you expect, so I won't list that as a con. Autonomy, respect and a positive culture. It may not have been the industry for me, but I felt valued and appreciated. Loved working with the people there. This is excellent work experience for interns, as well as entry-level engineers with room to grow from what I've seen. I have nothing bad to say about this company.

The location isn't the safest in Erie, but you just have to be smart.

They provide luncheons and other events throughout the year. They also let you work at a pace you are comfortable with. Work hours are also flexible.

Interns do not make too much, but they are treated well.
