Abysmal work culture, insufferable upper management, lack of innovative thinking, poor benefits for FTEs, and hands down the most micromanagement I have ever experienced at any company. Those at the upper levels seem to enjoy nitpicking & endlessly cc’ing on their emails. If you think & act like them, you’ll get promoted. If you don’t, you won’t be able to stay here long. It will be mentally unbearable for you.
