Cons
- No respect for any of the employees, no matter how long you've been working there. - They will hire and fire you as they see fit. There is literally no concept of job security if you are here. - The current employees working there are already looking for a way out as the company is unable to secure any funding. - The culture, branching from the senior management, is highly toxic. All my peers and colleagues are wonderful people, but they also agree on how toxic the senior management is. - Work here if you absolutely have no other option left, otherwise would highly not recommend. They have hired and fired so many people in the last one year that it is ridiculous what they are doing to people with absolutely no regard for anyone involved.
