      Pros

      Great work family and a great place to learn. If you show initiative, you will be given plenty of opportunities to move around to your interests.

      Cons

      The hours during crunch time could be brutal, like 12-15 hour days. If you start as a runner and move into assisting, it can be hard to move up in pay grade.

      Pros

      The team that Beast is a tight family. Everyone that works here has to be able to get along in the group. Because Beast wants to maintain that culture, everyday at work here has a nice balance of good, positive energy combined with all-hands-on-deck attitudes towards projects. Great family and community that cultivates creativity.

      Cons

      We're a small family and sometimes the tensions run fast and high.
