Nice at first - Anonymous employee Bearing Point Properties Employee Review

If you are wanting great communication this is not the place. The communication is only good when they need something. Other than that they have no respect for anyone else's time except for their own. Spent two hour trying to figure out something that wasn't even an issue when all they had to do was answer their phones and communicate. Instead I was told that they have more important things to do with their time. Also they expect perfection on day 1 with little to no training or experience. So best of luck.
