Really nice atmosphere to work in. - Quantity Surveyor Beard Employee Review

No clear guidelines/route of progression. Feel like you can get a bit lost in the company if you do a good job but don't 'make noise'. Could manage their pipeline of work and allocation of jobs a bit better to ensure surveyors and site managers are given equal opportunity on types/level of project, can lead to people being tossed around from job to job. Could be better at embracing new ways of working, both on a flexibility and technology front.
