Pros
Since coming on at Beanstalk, I've been able to be apart of countless numbers of projects, spanning various industries. Not only has this increased my technical experience and skill set, but it has also increased my knowledge and understanding of various other facets of our different departments.
Every week I enjoy coming "in" to work and getting to do amazing things with an amazing team. The culture and people at Beanstalk digital are top notch. Which is quite a feat considering we are currently a fully remote company. You are surrounded by friendly faces who aren't afraid to stop their twelve tasks to assist you when you are in need of help.
If you're looking for a place to expand your skillsets, gain experience, be surrounded by a A+ team, and do amazing work, Beanstalk might just be the place for you.
Cons
With the rapid growth, days are always busy. Which can lead to juggling many different projects/clients at once. All in all, being busy isn't really a bad thing at all. At least you aren't bored!
