      The external work space itself is beautiful, clean, serene. Nice working areas. Creative and brilliant minds within the team.

      Cons

      Pay grade system is not based on merit but rather favoritsm. Toxic internal work environment- gossip, supervisors compete with subordinates hence no Spirit of succession

      The workplace is flexible and not rigid

      Cons

      Always felt like I was a hamster on a wheel and that I was never going to be able to catch up on all my tasks as there were never enough resources. Compensation was not commensurate to work done and medical insurance was a joke, pointed this out to HR and was told that I had the option of topping up on the company's contribution so that I could get cover.
