Bad work life balance, work late constantly.

The workplace is flexible and not rigid

Always felt like I was a hamster on a wheel and that I was never going to be able to catch up on all my tasks as there were never enough resources. Compensation was not commensurate to work done and medical insurance was a joke, pointed this out to HR and was told that I had the option of topping up on the company's contribution so that I could get cover.
