      Pros

      Remote when I first started. Some very smart people. Colleagues were good

      Cons

      Numerous rounds of redundancies Generally a bad atmosphere Projects were not planned very well. Jumping from one thing that was top priority to the next thing that was top priority. People were getting burnt out.

      High turnover. Longevity would be better.
