Interesting work in telecom field

Signed a part time contract. Submited my first invoice 42 day ago. I was assured the payment process would be quick. I not been pay and they dont always respond or try to gain time. I now fully expect no to get pay. Fortunatly I stoped all work after the manager told me I would only get pay If he liked the deliverable. I have a hourly contract not millestone based. I did all they wanted even the stuff I told then would no work. Avoid at all cost
