-good flexibility with hours -decent perks and allowances
Cons
-bonuses are given to ops managers and higher, ignoring the fact that low level staff do the brunt of the work. -clueless ops managers who don't know the technical side of ops (basing everything off data rather than experiences). -ops staff work from home too much, affects their reputation with those expected to be onsite daily. -promotions and incentives take too long (I waited a year since being told of promotion and still haven't received a new contract while others around me moved up). -very high turnover rate
