- Competitive salary - Annual productivity & learning budget - Interesting & unique problem to solve, especially on vehicle iot - Work & life balance is still pretty good - Lucky, I get supportive managers
Cons
- always top down decision. as a start up, it usually happens the other way around - engineer is more appreciated if they deliver fast even with lower quality. so, forget about best practice - hard to bonding with people due to team spread all over globes
