Pros

Apart from a decent wage there are none

Cons

this place gave me serious PTSD. Never in my working professional life have I ever worked in a place with so much open bigotry, racism, misogyny, and so many horrible things. they treat their staff horribly unless you flirt your way to better opportunities. cringy disrespect is pretty much the right atmosphere for this 'company'. there is so much cussing, it's impossible and so unprofessional to listen to. the singing. the inappropriate office conversations that would likely lead to lawsuits elsewhere. the crowding of their office spaces. the favoritism. it's all yuck. I'll repeat what someone else has already said: "This office is full of unequal treatment, discrimination, bullying and toxicity. Know your labor laws, because they will take advantage of you if not." theres a lot of secrecy and they are shady shady. i would absolutely NEVER give them my business or recommend them to anyone.

Pros

Working alongside some very talented professionals.

Cons

Where to begin… The owners were handed down this company and somehow are okay with very poorly mismanaging it. As the reviews say, if you’re not one of the favorites, don’t expect to be treated with any amount of respect. This is a very tough job for women who don’t lead their careers based on their sexual desirability or free spiritedness. Flirt your way to the top or turn a blind eye to racism, sexism, ageism, misconduct, inappropriate sexual comments and jokes and you’ll do great here. A handful of employees are allowed to work fully remote, while the in-office employees are denied working from home on special occasions or sick days. This office is full of unequal treatment, discrimination, bullying and toxicity. Know your labor laws, because they will take advantage of you if not.
