      Pros

      If you live nearby and prefer to drive to work, the commute can be good. That's it as far as Pros go.

      Cons

      Super small company, feels like you're in a fish bowl at all times. Headed by a an egotistical condescending CEO/owner. No room for growth, low pay, many pointless meetings, management and co-workers playing favorites like it's junior high school, fund of funds with no real "financial acumen" of their own. No direction at all, run haphazardly.

      Pros

      Well-run small wealth management firm with a knowledgeable back office and solid experience in financial planning for a variety of clientele and situations. Very nice office.

      Cons

      Too many pointless meetings that don't achieve anything, not enough formal training, pay is in-line for a small office in Hackensack
