Pros
Insurance is inexpensive comparatively. Pay is decent enough.
Cons
The organization has grown too fast, resulting in a lot of mismanagement. For instance I'm trying to get my W2 from them and I have moved out of state. They wont take my address change over the phone even with me confirming social, employee ID #, and former address. They want the information emailed, but their email is down. Overall I'm glad I left.
