TOXIC leaders are allowed to remain in place while destroying departments. My department has seen a 92% turnover in less than a year for techs. Now, within our department, services are being discontinued due to a lack of qualified staff. Individuals with less than a Bachelor’s quickly become the smallest cogs spinning to make this machine run, with no hope of real advancement.
