Pay cut for contracted RN's of $7 and give everyone else raises. Regardless of being paid above national average, I would think a CFO or some other executive could have figured this out prior to contracts being signed for nurse 'retention'

Lack of support from executive leadership regarding matrices and safety for the patients we care for. Bottom line is $ and bonus for upper management. Signed a 5yr contract, cut my pay $10 within 18 months and no raise since. We are coming up on the 5 year anniversary.
