Pros

Benefits. The services they provide to DDD clients. The services they provide to a variety of communities. Their shredding department is good.

Cons

Management. Time Off. Rude workers. Wish they didn't get rid of departments they had in the past. People that work here legitimately ignore what you say over and over and will add tons of difficulty hikes to your job for no reason other than its the way they want to do it. They will tell you they want it done a certain way, which is great. The standard of quality was high and I appreciated that. Instead they will change their minds 3 to 5 times, rush things and end up with an end result they are not happy with. They will have you repeat it, with every fault of the original. They will make you feel bad the entire time you are doing it, ignore a simple path of success and instead go through with a completely different design idea just because it works for them and not you. People take supplies you need to do your job? You might love it here! Want to have 5 different people tell you how to do your job without having done your job? Perfect place to work. Its just about every little thing here. If you show you're slightly more capable of your job description instead of being awarded with anything half decent, you're pushed until you can't do new things, then are expected to completely understand what they are thinking about. Tons of the workers are childish too. They will unironically laugh at you behind your back when you can't do something. They offer no accommodation when they make your job unnecessarily difficult because they don't want to do something that makes sense. They do not give you the tools to succeed at a job until its absolutely necessary.
