Senior residents deserve better from staff. Union attitude get in the way of effective teamwork and quality service that could be provided. Divisons between different levels of staff are accepted as the norm.

Pros
I was initially hired for a different internship than the one I ended up doing (for reasons outside their control), but I loved the culture and learning experience so much that I would’ve done any job for them. It was really great.
