Lunch provided, pretty good healthcare and great PTO. A couple of folks were incredibly kind to me and when I first started it was a more welcoming environment
Cons
What started as an open environment tanked after many changes in management that came from outside hires as opposed to internal promotion. Discriminatory comments are regularly made to people who don't fit a specific mold, favoritism runs rampant, when any of this is brought up it is dismissed and swept under the rug. Folks at the bottom of the ladder are underpaid and overworked and given constantly changing goal posts to avoid promotions and hitting your yearly goals. Some of the folks worked 60/70 hour weeks and it was treated normally. Good work is not particularly acknowledged but if you misstep you will know about it.
