Cons

Upper management & HR work closely together to silence team members that report chaos & toxicity by upper management. The company would thrive if the managers weren’t passive aggressive control freaks. If you report your boss for unfair treatment, be prepared to get pushed out. Your privacy is not safe here, management will monitor your computer & call you to “check in” if you aren’t on the computer. Remote isn’t really remote if your constantly being micro managed. They work you into stress & anxiety by berating you during your 1:1 meetings. I’ve been yelled at & made to feel like I’m not doing enough. Most employees don’t leave at 5:30p & if you do leave on time, you’re basically silent quitting & not a team player. My colleagues have made suggestions about being available at all times & joke about their members not doing enough work. The managers care more about your appearance than they should & make meetings available for the team that’ll make them look good. Communication sucks!!!!! Everyone is afraid to speak their truth & I understand why, which creates a toxic environment & lack of trust. I don’t like hearing bad news about the team & I’ve been told not to engage or get too close with certain members because they were getting let go anyway.

Pros

Great culture, lots of very talented employees

Cons

Expertise isn't always listened to. I gave excellent recommendations based on 20+ years of experience, and the project manager decided to go a different route, it failed for the reasons I said it would, and still got blamed. My idea would've been faster and better overall, cheaper, and easier to maintain.
