Unorganized, underpaid & overworked - Bar/Waiter Beach Burrito Employee Review

Junior staff are never trained properly, upper management and hr is pathetic and dont communicate, pay rate is well below minimum wage requirements and they dont have a single mexican chef so thats why lots of customers complain about bland food - it all comes in giant plastic bags then just heated up. not much is cut or cooked on site.
