Low pay but made up for in quality of colleagues

Best reasons to work at BeSoccer ? Take it as a first job and find an other one as soon as possible. Take what you can take (experience, even bad experience is experience) and leave.

Very bad salary (700 euros for 40h a week working Monday to Sunday (Two days off) and shifts until 2am and no bonus for the night shift !) No bonuses at all. Bad team management (CEO is a tyran, managers are afraid of him and treat employees with bad maneers and little consideration). Very bad Human Resources department. Not a great atmosphere of work (nobody can talk, even though it is a football website and there are no visits at the office !). They threat to fire you if you point out improvements ideas or make any remark. No career opportunities whatsoever.
