Remote work. The employees you report to know so little about what they're doing, even a little effort blows them out of the water.
Cons
Turnover and dissatisfaction is so high company-wide it's a wonder they stay in business. When I left, half my team and several on an adjacent team left right behind me. BeiGene doesn't appreciate intelligence or clinical research experience. Even if you're doing a phenomenal job and your team is excelling, if you speak up to improve the status quo, senior management fabricates issues and complains. My LM apologized weekly and encouraged me to leave long before I did. Then he left also. They're an absolute joke in the oncology world.
