Great clinical pipeline and friendly coworkers.

Cons

The environment quickly becomes toxic because employees are treated like they can’t make simple decisions without approval. Creativity and motivation are replaced by anxiety and frustration. Feedback is rarely constructive; it’s usually critical or controlling. While some coworkers are great, the leadership style makes it difficult to stay productive or positive. If you value independence, respect, and a healthy culture, this is not the right place for you.
