7yThank you for your review. Showing gratitude is certainly important to BeMobile as we ask all positions in all roles to show appreciation for a job well done. This includes Store Leaders to Corporate staff. Our pay plans have proven to show growth each year with the maximum results in well performing stores that have motivated employees working towards goals together.
As in many industries, the Wireless Industry changes often, and therefore goals need to change as well. The goals do change quarterly (not monthly). These goals reflect areas where BeMobile aligns with Verizon as well as encourages continued performance success. Stores in both large and small markets have proven to find success with the bonus goals.
Recently, the 2018 annual employee survey, completed at the end of the year, was reviewed and all 1000+ lines of feedback with both compliments and suggestions, were read. This input was used to formulate our 2019 annual goals and which will require intentional effort by everyone in the organization. Thank you again for your feedback. Small correction, there has never been financial incentives offered to complete online reviews but we do highly encourage our teams to submit reviews if they feel inclined. Thank you.
