Pros
The company has hours that they generally prefer/strongly reccomend that I work. However those hours are flexible, and as long as I meet my minimum expected hours (40+), attend required meetings, and my store is functioning as it needs to, they are very understanding if my schedule needs to change. The company values work/life balance, and actually encourages you NOT to attend your scheduled training meetings in they land on an off day. They will help you reschedule. Pay is great, and benefits are also fantastic. What's more, I've never seen a company so genuinely invested in the wellbeing/growth of it's employees.
Cons
Learning some systems can be complicated initially, and of course if you are in a retail role, you will have to work with "challenging" customers and situations at times.
