Lack of quality work - Illustrator Be Of Use Employee Review

It was my first internship at Be Of Use and I went there with zero experience. To be honest, I didn't have any idea how these things worked. It was at this internship that I learnt how to do an internship. They also give you incentives for your hardwork. They were very generous in my case. I learnt a lot from my all superiors there. It was a ravishing experience.

Although it was a very good platform for me but I would have been more happier if the pay scale for interns was a bit more encouraging. Otherwise the company is spot on.

It was a new startup that was motivating and give to exposure.

Lack of transparency. People should know what are they working on and not just keep hidden secrets. I was given a task and was told that this is just a hiring task and main task will be later. But then, they kept on dragging and making changes to it only, finally after 2 months I came to know that this was the task only and all the time they were making a fool of me.
