Pros

Nothing they are a complete extortionist!

Cons

They lie to your face and tell you that you will make thousands of dollars a week. They don't even pay you !!! They give you a $600 retainer but if you don't make more than $600 in ticket sales they don't pay you at all. What they are selling is a complete scam. They make out like it's a charity but they get 90% of the profit!! They make U get an ABN so on-top of the low pay you have to pay public liability insurance and your own tax. Which can be hard if you don't know the exact numbers you need to pay I'm tax each week. Absolute joke of a company !!! When I left they tried not to pay me at all for my sales.

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We’re sorry to hear that you've had a staunchly negative experience with us. Given the tone of your review, we'd like to say categorically that lying is simply not something that benefits our business. Lying or misleading our contractors would only cost us more money to hire and recruit replacements. We take these sort of allegations seriously, and after speaking to our in-house team there has been no record of such a complaint. If there is a legitimate concern still outstanding, please follow up with our office. Hours on our website. - HR

Pros

Learning snakey/shady sales techniques and meeting good people out in grocery stores...

Cons

Misled applicants and operates like a cult of followers, expecting you to drive your own vehicle to "events" (grocery stores and Walmarts) to harass people in a suit and tie, then reconvening after hours unpaid is all expected for a poverty wage and minimal commission and base hourly wage with no health benefits...

Pros

Mostly a nice group of people

Cons

It seems like a great environment to work in at first, everyone is hyping each other up however you spend your day getting trains/buses to all parts of Sydney, could be 2 hours from the city. You then have to go up to people and harass them for raffle tickets all day, to hit certain targets per day. If you don’t harass enough people , you don’t get enough money to take home. You could finish at 5pm but if you haven’t hit your target, some people would stay on to 7:30-8pm just to hit a target they barely get to see any return on. You then make your own way home which could be another 2 hours. They also guilt you into working weekends, as you need to hit a “target” which is just their target. The staff turn over is incredibly high and it’s so obvious the reason why. The only ones who benefit in the slightest are those who plan to stay long term who will eventually get an office role . I couldn’t sacrifice my whole life, 12 hour days and Saturdays for such a low wage. It felt so wrong approaching people. It seems like you’re selling a scam and it’s hard to believe it in. Also we would be encouraged not to knock when entering premises and would often get met with angry people which is completely fair which made me feel very uncomfortable. They seem to hire a lot of 19/20 year olds.
