Management is open to suggestions from all employees. In my position, I was allowed to truly spread my wings and take myself to the next level, while benefiting the company and product. Hard work is recognized and appreciated.
Cons
The audio industry took a downturn and positions were eliminated. The opportunity for my type of work dried up. Hopefully, the market has picked back up. Last year with them was 1998.
