      There is always room for improvement, communication is always challenging, but we make work somehow.

      In general, many coworkers are intelligent and hard-working. I have learned and grown a lot.

      Extremely poor work-life balance. Frequent expectation to work past normal hours and always respond late at night. Unclear expectations and a lack of healthy communication
