Bad culture - Anonymous employee Baytex Energy Employee Review

Allow mid-managers to create a poor office culture. The pay is below industry standard and justify it with some report that nobody else gets to see. Not very forward thinking on inclusion. Don't believe me? Look at their executive management page, they're all straight white males.
